Since its founding in 2007, Elohim Ministries International, Inc. has been empowering, nurturing, and providing training and resources to communities across Washington, D.C., and Nigeria. With our continued work, we have helped several families and children overcome challenges and regain hope.

The Almighty is always watching over all of us, with hands delivering and saving us from destruction. We believe that we are vessels entrusted to carry out His Will for us to care for and support each other in times of need. Our foundation is only an avenue that allows us to demonstrate His Love.

Spearheading Efforts of Service

Founder and executive director Brenda Akpodiete is driven by her compassion and desire to help people discover their godly purpose. This passion for service inspires her to lead Elohim Ministries International, Inc. in initiating programs for communities in need. By providing the right resources and workshops, she successfully empowers individuals in achieving their potential and instilling long-lasting change.

Our Mission

Elohim Ministries International, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose vision is to minister to the needs of the economically disadvantaged youth and adults. We provide food, clothing, and school supplies in the Washington Metropolitan Area and Nigeria.

Actions and Services

Since our founding, we have been able to provide the following resources to families, children, and communities in need:

  • Clothing and food to homeless shelters and the disadvantaged
  • School supplies to families in Washington Metropolitan Area
  • Granting Scholarship aid to aspiring college students in the Washington Metropolitan Area and Nigeria

About Our Scholarships

We believe that lack of financial means should not hinder the growth of anyone. That’s why we also provide educational opportunities for financially disadvantaged youths through Elohim Ministries International Inc.,

Additionally Ekuogbe Akpodiete Foundation is a Division of Elohim Ministries International Inc., that provides scholarships to financially challenged law students from the Urhobo Tribe of Delta States, Nigeria.
